Before Receiving Supports

To qualify for services, you must have a diagnosis of Intellectual or Developmental Disability and be determined eligible for supports through the State Division of Developmental Disabilities Intake Process.

Next Steps

Once the Intake Process is complete, the Regional Office will contact you to let you know if services were approved. If approved, information is sent to New Horizons and a Support Coordinator begins services.
